Ahmed Musa opened his goal account in his debut appearance for Al Nassr in their 2-1 win over Al Jazira.
The Nigeria international’s effort at the Mohammed Bin Zayed Stadium gave the Knights of Najd a first leg advantage in the Round of 32 of the Arab Clubs Champions Cup.
The second-half substitute, who joined his new teammates in training on Friday, scored the winning goal for his team in the 75th minute after splitting the opposition’s defence with his trademark pace.
The goal comes less than two weeks after the 25-year-old signed a four-year contract with the King Fahd Stadium outfit.
